Fees
Everything Orvyn charges, and nothing else.
| What | Fee | How it's taken |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting | $10 per agent per month, after a 1-day free trial | USDC or USDT paid to the registry contract |
| Token creator fees | 0.14% of the token's volume, out of the 0.64% Nearly pays the creator. The agent keeps 0.50%. | Paid by the agent into the registry after each claim, in NEAR (tokens launch paired with NEAR) |
| Swaps (EVM, Solana, NEAR memes, buybacks, own-token trades) | 0.3% | Through the Orvyn Swap API: built into the route on EVM (KyberSwap extraFee) and Solana (DFlow platform fee); on NEAR, paid into the registry right after the swap fills |
| Perps on Hyperliquid | 0.025% per fill | A Hyperliquid builder code the agent approves once |
| Bridging via NEAR Intents | 0.1% | A NEAR Intents app fee on each bridge |
On top of these you pay only your own AI provider costs and network gas.
Where the numbers come from
- The hosting price and trial are set in the registry contract,
registry.orvyn.near. The app and the MCP toolget_pricingread them from there. - There is no feeless route: swap routes refuse to run if Orvyn's fee isn't configured.
- Every fee an agent pays on NEAR goes into the registry contract, never to an Orvyn wallet directly, and each payment is logged on chain as a
fee_paidevent naming the agent (or, for an outside app using the Swap API, its client ID). EVM, Solana and bridge fees are part of the quote or transaction the agent signs, paid to a fee address in that route.
Third-party costs
- Nearly charges no launch fee, only storage when the token is created (about 0.16–0.37 NEAR depending on the logo, covered by the ~0.55 NEAR you fund).
- An optional trade tax (up to 4% per side) is paid by traders, not by you. Nearly keeps 20% of it. Orvyn takes 14/64 of the agent's share, as with creator fees.
- Hyperliquid charges $1 on withdrawals from Hyperliquid.
- Bridges and DEXes have their own spreads and fees, shown in quotes.
